There is $250,000 available in this grant round for social and affordable housing projects in Victoria. 

Homes for Homes will review each application carefully and thoroughly. An announcement of successful projects is likely to be towards mid-2025.

Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.

  • has read and understood the Homes for Homes Grant Funding Round Guidelines
  • is able to demonstrate alignment between their project and the grant funding round intent
  • is able to demonstrate financial viability
  • is up-to-date with reporting and commitments to Homes for Homes (pertaining to previous grant funding rounds)
  • has the appropriate type and level of insurance for the activities that are the subject of this grant.
